Shipping & Returns
When an order is placed, it will be shipped to the address you provide, as long as that address does not present any risk regarding shipping restrictions contained on this Web Site. All items are posted “signed for”, any losses need to be taken up by you, the purchaser, with the designated carrier.
We aim to deliver item that are in stock within 5 working days, if you require your item any sooner, please let us know. All our times are estimates, we cannot guarantee a specific day/date/time. Please note we CANNOT be held responsible for any third party delays.
Because most of our items are made to order, unless they are faulty in someway, we do not accept returns. All faulty items must be returned within 30 days of delivery if you require a refund. We will however work with you to resolve any issues you may have.
We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if goods are not returned in a saleable condition or are damaged in any way.
Please allow up to 7 days for your return to be inspected and credited to your account/card, this may be slightly delayed during busy periods.
We are unable to offer an exchange or refund on any items that have been personalised or engraved in any way. International customs duties and sales taxes are NOT refunded for shipments outside the UK. For your security we advise you return any product via Royal Mail Special Next Day Delivery (with the appropriate cover level of insurance) and retain a receipt of postage for your own records. Hayley Hanson/Hayley Hanson Hide is not responsible for the return shipping costs Refund terms are subject to change under exceptional circumstances and at the discretion of the company.
Many items are made to order, there may be a 4 week plus, lead time on the design and delivery on some items, specifically but not limited to bags. We MAY have a bag in stock, please do call us to enquire.
